For trading companies and exporters

Stop mailing the list everyone else already has.

A single buyer directory is mailed by hundreds of competitors at once, and the reply rate shows it. What actually works is timing — who is opening stores, who is launching a product, who just started hiring a procurement manager. AuroSignal finds those moments each working day and gives you the reason to make contact.

01

Approach a buyer while the order is still unplaced

Opening twelve stores means the replenishment plan is already running, and the buying list is usually set two to three months before launch. A channel-expansion signal reaches you in that gap, not after the shelf photo appears.

02

Catch a funded brand before the crowd

A small brand that just overfunded a campaign needs manufacturing and assembly, and the founder is reading supplier messages every day. Having a budget, a deadline and no incumbent supplier is the highest-reply window you will get.

03

Be first into a channel that is still being built

An importer hiring a China-facing procurement manager is building a sourcing channel and has no supplier list yet. Arriving before the shortlist exists puts you in the role of the supplier who helped write it, instead of a replacement bid.

A workflow in practice

A US retail chain opens twelve stores in a quarter

A regional chain announces twelve new locations, and local coverage repeats the launch plan for each one.

  1. 01

    Read the signal

Store openings plus the published launch schedule tell you the replenishment cycle has started and roughly when the buying list closes.

  2. 02

    Decide the angle

This is a category-refill conversation, not a cold introduction. The useful question is which SKUs can be on a shelf quickly.

  3. 03

    Contact with a shelf-ready proposal

Lead with a short list of SKUs and the restocking lead time, then keep the record in your workspace so the second conversation has a history.

The practical details

Before you get started.

How is this different from a ready-made buyer list?

A list tells you who bought before, often a quarter or more in the past. A signal tells you who is about to buy — opening a store, launching a product, hiring procurement, adding a category — with the source you can check yourself.

Do signals include contact details?

No. Each entry gives the company, the country, the signal type, why it matters now and the original source. Finding the person is your craft; the timing and the opening line are what change the outcome.

I carry many categories. How do I filter?

Match by product category and target market. Carrying several categories is normal for a trading company, and the dimensions agreed at the start are what the delivered signals are matched against.
