Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AuroSignal (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the AuroSignal product, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We designed AuroSignal around a simple principle: you decide the direction, and your data stays under your control.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and workspace details you provide when registering or contacting us.

Content you create: goals, plans, tasks, notes, documents, and other materials you or your agents store in a workspace.

Connection settings: credentials and configuration for third-party services you choose to connect (stored encrypted), used only to perform the actions you authorize.

Usage data: device, browser, log, and basic analytics information that helps us keep the Services reliable and secure.

2. How we use information

To provide and maintain the Services, including running agents that execute the workflows you configure.

To respond to your requests, provide support, and send service-related communications you have agreed to receive.

To improve the quality, safety, and performance of the Services, for example by diagnosing defects and analyzing aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content to train third-party AI models.

3. AI processing and your controls

AuroSignal uses AI models to plan and execute work. Prompts, retrieved context, and generated results are processed to complete the actions you request.

You control what AuroSignal can access. You grant or revoke permissions per integration, define approval boundaries, and can disconnect a connection or delete its data at any time.

Actions that meaningfully affect external parties (for example sending outreach) follow the approval rules you set, and every step is logged for your review.

4. Storage, retention, and security

We store personal information on secured infrastructure with access strictly limited to the personnel who need it to operate the Services.

Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Data in transit is protected with TLS.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete a workspace or account, we remove or anonymize the associated data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Services (for example hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), under agreements that restrict their use of the data to our instructions.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of AuroSignal, our users, or the public.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference, and basic analytics cookies to understand how the Services are used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period and may verify your identity before acting on the request.

8. International transfer

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Services, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
